Hi guys, well Logie its me , yes Keith, no i'm not dead,
probably forgotten, who cares after what i've been through.
To all who know or knew me, merry xmas and a prosperous new year, to
those who dont, please get to know me. To all the members of the Bn,
past and present, we are the best, no matter who says what. my only
regret was is that i served my last 7 yrs away from the Bn due to
family reasons. Once a Ranger, always a Ranger. FAB

Who better to get this outstanding award than one of the Bn's
finest. After a long and sad year we have ended on a high. Well done
Capt Beattie on your contributions in the sands. Our fallen heroes
would have been proud of you, just like we all are.

Outstanding news on Capt Dougie Beattie, could not have happened to a
better bloke. Allready a holder of a bravery award and now a Military
Cross. The Royal Irish Rangers has produced some outstanding soldiers
and Dougie Beattie has lead from the front. FAB
