Geordie, Your message has brought fond memories of C Coy Berlin and
the time spent in the Mortar platoon together. 25 years is a long time
for anyone to serve but it has been a privelege and a pleasure to have
known you. Pay no attention to Anto as he knows nothing about
football. As I type this Pip is busy typing across the corridoor. I
wish you and your family all the best and hope evrything works out for
you. keep in touch.
PS any chance of a couple of tickets for Man U

George, what can I say buddy, it has been a pleasure to work with you
over the last 20 years, you have been, like so many before you, a true
Regimental character. It has been my privilige to call you a friend
and the Regiment, indeed the Army, as a whole will most definately
miss you, probably more than you will miss them haha. Good luck and
love to Debbie, Scott & Gary
Faugh A Ballagh friend.

Well God help civi street now that Geordie Hayden has left the Firm.
Thank God he lives in Manchester!
Geordie, good luck with the future and I hope your family are doing
well. I could tell a few storys about you on here but it's a
faimly show!
The only thing I really hated about you was that you supported that
S**t team Manchester United, but we all have a cross to bear! some
people even support Leeds! Leeds wow.
Well mate Faugh A Ballagh and remember to be really cool you should
support Liverpool! Come on!
Walk on, walk on, with hope in your heart............

After nearly 25 years service, the time has come to hang my caubeen
up. I was one of the lucky ones to get an LSL job as a recruiter,
unfortunately due to family circumstances i have called it a day.
Its been a privilege to serve with the regiment and also with all the
brave men I call my friends. All though too many to mention, the lads
of the Support Company I will miss the most.
My lad has now taken up the Hayden mantle and I am privileged and
proud he has chosen to join the finest regiment there is.
