I know it may sound a wee bit silly putting a message on to say cut
down on the guest book messages, but that what Im trying to say.
The forum was set up to allow people to enter into discussions and
allow for a bit of security, there is also a PM system and a live chat
facility, you also need to have a Email address to leave a message so
therefore if you want to reply to an individual perhaps thats the
best way to do it.
I know Gerrys Email may sound a bit blunt, but the guest book has
over 200 entries in 22 pages since being reset last month this makes
it very hard for people to look back through and we dont want to have
to resize again or worse still loss all the old entries again.
Please please continue to leave messages that you think the wider
audience may wish to see and to keep the regimental family informed,
but for everyday messages, think is it the best way.
PS please dont put hundreds of messages on agreeing or criticising
this message, do it in the Forum.

Can we please start to use the forum or email to send your messages
this Guestbook is for people to say they have visited. It seems to be
going off topic all the time. People are using it rather than using
email or the forum.
The forum was put up for everyone to communicate and chat via the
chatroom, please use it.
The guestbook is for the visitors to leave a message, join the forum
and use it for its purpose please.
Having said that important messages still need to be left and I
encourage that, however petty little messages can be sent via
email.
Thanks, Gerry (Webmaster)
